This was an excellent spot. Centrally located within easy walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and river. I found the historic building to have great character. If you are thinking about looking for a place, I would recommend it.

I love living here and I wish I could stay longer but I'm moving for grad school. The studio is spacious and having a washer/dryer and dishwasher is really handy. I love all of the exposed brick and it's cozy without feeling cramped. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby and it's a short walk to the rivertrail. I'm actually kind of loving being quarantined here. I've gotten several compliments from coworkers during Zoom meetings.

I had the opportunity to live in Lansing for two years. Once I met the landlord, I signed right away. These lofts are beautiful!! Nice appliances, washer and dryer, free parking. Camron was always very accommodating with parking and that was very important to me. Walking distance to everything, if you work downtown you can walk to work. Located behind the best distillary around and a new bistro went in which is connected to the front of the building. I highly recommend living here and I would do it again!
