Definitely don’t rent here. The maintenance guy claims to be the owner and will yell at you for no reason. Seems to want to have authority over people he doesn’t. Cut the grass and leave people alone.
Lansing West has been our home for 24 years. There are many things that I love about this place, first and foremost, the team that manages this apartment complex. They are positive, efficient and sincerely care about the residents' needs that live here. Secondly, I love the location of this place. I worked at Cornell and living here, I could take the TCAT Bus, every day, to and from work, arriving in 10 minutes. As a graduate student at Cornell, I had a fantastic experience living at Lansing West. The TCAT bus line that runs through the community is the most frequent to and from campus — a huge perk for students. The value is unbeatable: spacious apartments with balconies for nearly half the price of similarly sized places elsewhere in Ithaca.
