Our experience at Lansing West Apartments was very frustrating and disappointing. Communication from management was extremely poor, especially during urgent situations. We reported a major mouse problem in the apartment and waited over a week without any meaningful response. We had an extremely bad experience with Lansing West Apartments. The management showed very little concern for tenants or emergency situations. We reported a serious mice infestation, but no one responded for over a week. The only time management finally responded was after we moved out and returned the keys because the hygienic conditions became unacceptable, even though we still had one month left on our lease. Jordyn was absolutely amazing. Great tour guide and very informative. We chose a complex closer to the campus but loved Jordyn. May move to Lansing west after our first year as a PhD student at cornell
