This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. I'm pretty low key so I don't try to go out of my way to say bad things, but I have never been treated as badly as I was here. I filled out my paperwork, paid the copay $30, and told the first person who came in what was wrong. I waited for literally a half an hour before the assistant "doctor" came in and asked me what was wrong. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars since that would fit my review much better. I have visited the other locations without a problem. So when this new "Lansing Urgent Care" location arrived on West Saginaw in Lansing. I delighted to think I did not have to drive so far for good service when my primary care doctor was not available and when the er was over kill for common sickness.
