Excellent location and service. Wait time was fairly standard for an urgent care, not too long. Pharmacy right on site, so no need for an extra stop to get Rx filled. Highly recommend.
The urgent care process wasn't too bad. The online check-in saved me a lot of time, and I felt like I was seen at a reasonable speed. The doctor, on the other hand, was terrible. I had smashed my pinky finger and the blood under the nail was causing a lot of pain, so all I was looking for was for them to pierce the nail to relieve pressure. The doctor said I needed an X-ray even though I was quite confident it wasn't broken because it wasn't the type of pain from a broken finger, it was just throbbing pressure, but that didn... read more
I had to go in because I had an allergic to some food. Reception is receptionist Stephanie was awesome, and the young lady I believe her name was Asia? I apologize if it’s not. But then the nurse practitioner came back Racheal Seavolt Her demeanor and everything about her, she didn’t care she treated me as if I was on drugs, and I was having a reaction to the food with my scratching tremendously. Avoid this urgent care. Horrible patient care. Dr comes in and says "what can I do for you what would you like me to do?" Then does nothing and says you should go to er for stuff they can treat but won't. And if your in pain forget it. They won't treat that at all. Don't waste your time here. Horrible horrible patient care.
