I was able to check in online and was called back at my scheduled time. I was in and out and was even able to get my prescription right there so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy! The staff were all welcoming and helpful. I will defiantly always use Lansing Urgent Care when needed!
I went to this Urgent care a year ago for Bronchitis. The first time they prescribed something that didn't work, so I went back. This time they gave me something that actually helped me get over the bronchitis. So last week, I was bitten by a stray cat that I had been feeding since spring. I accidentally stepped on her paw...and like an idiot I reached out to see if she was okay, and she bit me. This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. I'm pretty low key so I don't try to go out of my way to say bad things, but I have never been treated as badly as I was here. I filled out my paperwork, paid the copay $30, and told the first person who came in what was wrong. I waited for literally a half an hour before the assistant "doctor" came in and asked me what was wrong. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars since that would fit my review much better. I have visited the other locations without a problem. So when this new "Lansing Urgent Care" location arrived on West Saginaw in Lansing. I delighted to think I did not have to drive so far for good service when my primary care doctor was not available and when the er was over kill for common sickness.
