Absolute disaster. They have no clue how to take blood. Completely inexperienced people working there...at least on the day I went. Never again!
I was able to be seen somewhat quickly, but my two biggest grievances are this: I had my infant with me because I’m nursing and it seemed to extremely inconvenience the staff, they seemed flustered and addressed him as my “little friend.” I left with no answers and was just told to “keep doing what I’m doing” and go see my regular doctor. I felt like I literally knew more than the nurse practitioner that saw me. It was honestly laughable. I will not be returning.
It can be kind of busy here. However, I've had good experiences each time. Today in particular, the kiddo had some slivers that just would not come out. Toni was extremely patient with him while he protested to the tweezers and tools. But the consistently calm persistence got us to where we needed. (sliver free)
Everyone was caring and considerate. Thank you for getting me in so fast and helping me back to feeling better! I'll come back here for sure if I ever need to go to an urgent care center.
Please forgive me for not remembering names there were 3 EXTRAORDINARY women that assisted me. From the time I walked in the door 30mins before closing, they treated me like I was a top priority. I did not feel rushed and they took their time with me. VERY thorough exam and made me feel safe and reassured regarding my treatment. I am from out of town to care for my sister who just had surgery for breast cancer, and this was an amazing experience. Those women were a blessing in a very scary situation.
