Lansing Non-Urgent Care. I made an appointment and ended up sitting in the exam room for almost an hour. When I went out and asked a staff member why I was waiting so long since I had an appointment, I was told "that's not an appointment, it's just preregistration." That's not what their website stated. So, if you want "urgent" care, I'd recommend going somewhere else.
