My husband was there and waited forever to be seen, paid $120 to be told he had a sinus infection and was prescribed an antibiotic he was already on. Never tested him for the flu or Covid. He was still super sick days later and went to his family Dr and tested positive for Influenza A. We use this urgent care because it’s close and used to be convenient but this is a waste of time and money.
All of the staff were friendly and attentive.
I came in wheezing and coughing. I arrived at opening and was seen pretty quickly. The nurse took my BP 3 times in a row and then said, 'That's high' (the first 2 were error messages). She never came in for a recheck or checked on the other arm. The nurse asked questions, but when I tried to answer them with detail she just said, "yes or no- I just have to put it on your form."
