I've been a resident for quite awhile and although the building changed ownership from Princeton to monarch It is a decent place to live, don't get me wrong the transition was difficult and there was a lot of confusion but it seems things have finally settled down. The new office staff Sam and Abby have made a positive channge, all the while maintaining a positive attitude (a welcome change from previous staff).
