RecommendedIt beats a shelter. Although, someone shouldn't be treated differently for voicing concern about a neglected animal that I have tried my best to get attention on for too long and being played like a fool for it! Now, it would be good for the management of the apartment to get this garbage disposal fixed but I get talked over when I ask for this help and brow beaten! Also, I have to point out that the voice mail is not on!
