Stopped by to check out a used Nissan Cube. It was right out front with a good price. First thing I notice is the windshield has a crack all the way across. Now, I'm thinking a reputable dealer would repair that or keep that car in the back as an As-Is car, not in a place of pride. I mean, what else haven't they inspected and/or repaired? I immediately got back in my car and left and I will not return.
Great service department. No hassle, easy to make appointments, service folks are always nice, work done quickly. Actually enjoy my oil changes now!

Lansing Nissan has got to be the best place I have ever dealt with! Lansing Nissan has been the greatest experience I have ever had with any car dealership. That is saying a lot since I have owned cars for the past 45 years. Keith, in the Service Department was who I had my first experience with about 2 years ago. We had purchased a used Nissan from another dealership. That dealership was a huge disappointment! I had a horrible experience with this dealership. They try to distract you while signing final documents. READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY.
Just bought my first Nissan. What a great experience. Everyone on the staff there is exceptional. Never seen a friendlier dealership. They made the process easy and enjoyable. My salesman Jake Wilkinson was the best. Could not have been more pleased and impressed.
The service department is one of the worst I've ever been to. they are a small dealership that makes their money by finding ways to charge you even when your vehicle is under warrenty
