Can't speak highly enough of their commitment to customer service! We've used Lansing Flooring for several years now, and they are always doing everything they can to ensure that even last minute changes don't put us behind schedule on our jobs! Very rare that I ever find someone that can match their pricing, and as I said above, their customer service is second to none!
This really isn't their fault but I feel like there should be some information online that tells people like me that don't know anything about anything that they don't actually sell flooring to individuals trying to fix their own houses. Cuz that's what I looked up was places that sell flooring and this is where Google sent me. But they did try to help me find a place and they were friendly enough so if I were looking for whatever it is they do I'd hire them.
