I was a patient for many, many years when it was Dr Haggerty's practice. He retired & unfortunately, in the last 5 years or so, it is evident it was purchased by a corporate entity & has gone downhill because of that. It is all about the bottom line & selling selling selling. Rotating dentists, never know who you will see or if you'll see them again & no caring or compassion from the staff or dentists. I was a new patient today and I was very impressed with their exceptional service! They were very busy yet efficient! Front desk staff is very friendly and inviting! Sadie, my hygienist was amazing! Very knowledgeable doctors with great recommendations! I will definitely be referring Schaefer Dental Group to friends and family!

I’m a 15 year patient. I’ve always gotten professional and personal care. From the Receptionist, Hygienist, Assistants to Dentists- everyone has treated me with kindness and dignity. I really would not ever think of going to another practice.
Hygienist very efficient, courteous, and friendly. She answered questions and was very knowledgeable. Gave me suggestions to help with sensitive tooth problem. Dr. Moore assured me tooth had no problem but had pocket that food could get caught in. This was advice and suggestions from hygienist to help.
Everyone was friendly and understanding. They make sure you are comfortable and it was quick to get scheduled and get in. I loved it here!
