I saw Tim Sloan at this facility. He is extremely caring, patient and kind. He asks questions, goes over my records, and explains everything so that I can understand. I appreciate the location being so close to my home.

Physician, PA and ancillary staff were kind and knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Was seen in a timely manner.
10 weeks ago, I discovered they owe us over $100 in multiple office visit charges that were later covered by insurance. They never bothered to tell us on subsequent visits. They said they would send a check, but 10 weeks and 6 calls later, I'm still getting the run around. They only seem to have a protocol for collecting money, not giving it back. Week 11. I visited the office. Still don't have my money. They gave me a Gmail for the financial person. No phone number. Said that person only works from home. Sounds shadier ever... read more
