Physician, PA and ancillary staff were kind and knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Was seen in a timely manner.
10 weeks ago, I discovered they owe us over $100 in multiple office visit charges that were later covered by insurance. They never bothered to tell us on subsequent visits. They said they would send a check, but 10 weeks and 6 calls later, I'm still getting the run around. They only seem to have a protocol for collecting money, not giving it back. Week 11. I visited the office. Still don't have my money. They gave me a Gmail for the financial person. No phone number. Said that person only works from home. Sounds shadier ever... read more
My physician has given me great care. The office staff is another issue. My surgery was canceled because they couldn't find the decency to tell me I needed to have a "cardiac clearance", to have surgery rescheduled. Furthermore, they called me saying I needed 2 tests to be done, which would keep me ANOTHER 4 weeks from being able to schedule surgery!! The doctors are very thorough, professional and personal. I would recommend this team to anyone needing cardiac care.
