The guy standing at the counter (his name i can't remember)the worst i've ever seen..i was explaining to him, my car is making noise only when i drive over 80, and if you can check ball joints or something else because clunking noises coming from the vehicle's front..He said,The speed limit is 70, drive 70...He did not do his job, but played the role of policeman.i’ll take my business somewhere else,I will never go back.
I have been to this repair center before, so when the time came that I had a used car and needed some work, I brought it back. Upon coming to get my vehicle, my car had been gone through and gutted. My aftermarket radio was taken out, my 2 pairs of Nike elite cleats were gone, my prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses were gone, and there was nothing offered or empthy for what happened. They don’t take care of the vehicles 🚗 on their lots. My car was vandalized while in their possession and they were the only ones with keys. Inside job!!!!
My daughter Julianne vanwagenen is not on Facebook. However she asked me to post this: “Lansing car care center gave me a quote on Tuesday and had my part ordered and AC fixed by Wednesday afternoon. I called lots of places and Tom quoted me about half what other mechanics in town were quoting. I saved probably about 600$ and got the fastest service I could have hoped for for a foreign car and part that needed to be ordered. I am so grateful to Tom and his crew!”

I highly recommend this garage! They have worked on my car and I’ve been extremely happy with the work and the price! The owners are great and they don’t do anything with out letting you make the final decision. I trust them enough that if they find something else wrong I always ok the extra work without the worry of whether or not it’s needed.
Honesty, integrity, quality, and fast. What more could you possibly ask for. I’ll certainly be back.
