Great wholesaler, just what contractors need. They have stuff in stock. BTW Jim is very helpful.
They won’t tell you that if you don’t have an account all extra material that you go to return they won’t return it in my case offer me 50% return fee instead of the 15% restock fee that’s on the receipt. None of this was mentioned to us at the time of purchase . And does not say anything on receipt besides it’s a 15% restock fee for returns . Which we was okay with but then they tried to change the 15% to a 50% . Horrible customer service . Products should have been returned for the 15% and noted for the next time of purcha... read more
