High quality products high quality customer service! In stock inventory is above average
Awful customer service, delivered defective product then tried to tell me I needed to contact Harvey to correct, finally took window back a week ago, they stated they would call me the next day to let me know the status, still haven’t heard anything. Maybe I’ll be able to take the plywood off the open window opening soon. Harvey had good customer service with knowledgeable staff, at least enough knowledge that they left the company once Lansing took over.
