Very good quality building materials .
Awful customer service. I’m a local contractor. I used to deal with Harvey Building Products years ago before they sold to Lansing. They were bad after the buyout(lots of employee turnover, sales staff completely uneducated about the products they are selling, etc) so I stopped doing business with them. Was doing a job locally to the Salem branch recently and decided(against my better judgment) to order 7 double hung window units and a gliding patio door from them. Was worried when harvey got bought out… they have been spot on …. Even have been able to match some faded siding colors… quality people and excellent service at the counter…
