Terrible customer service. Windows installed June 2025. We moved in to the custom-built house in August 2025, and windows began leaking in November. Rains require us to use towels to soak up water leaking into the house at all hours of day/night. Builder has made multiple requests for a fix or replacement. A representative even came to the house, and promised to “make things right.” No window's yet. Now we are being told it will be another 2 weeks before replacement windows will be available.
