Great place for contractors, not necessarily for end consumers.

Work/home life balance is great, but overall, this place has no structure. It's not the job, in particular. It's mainly because of management. The GM and Branch Manager has no earthly idea what they're doing. Not to mention, you have no voice here. It's always their word over yours. And furthermore, they pushed me on out the door before I could even fulfill my two weeks notice. Its a snake pit. Just my two cents, but to whomsoever this may concern, do what YOU have to do.
