I had a bottom sash in one of my windows develop a stress crack then shatter from the extreme tempitures . Long story short the manufacturer didn't want to replace it then John went to bat for me and they saw the error of their ways i highly recommend them .
The team at lansing is impeccable, their knowledge in their products is unmatched. Their willingness to help and go out of their way to follow up is a super important detail that cant go overlooked as a contractor. This place is an excellent resource in the upper valley.
We picked up some metal for the inside of our restaurant kitchen. They were very well organized and the office and warehouse was very clean.
Emailed and called to get a quote, Dennis was super helpful. Lansing was not the cheapest but I was able to provide my other quotes and after some work, Dennis was able to beat my best quote (even from an online supplier!). Thanks Lansing WRJ, VT, I appreciate it.
