Very disappointed. We’ve been loyal customers for 10 years, but over the past two years this place has really gone downhill. We’ve experienced repeated issues with incorrect orders, items missing, and items arriving damaged (scratches and dents), whether picked up or delivered. Service is also extremely slow.
