Walking into Lansing building products on Trask was a great experience. welcomed by the front person at the desk Jesse with a good morning and how can I help you. I had questions for him and he was very informative. He helped me with not one problem I always go to this Lansing building hub because of the customer service I receive in the office employees outside as well. Always professional.
I have never encountered worse customer service than JESSE at the front desk. I walked in to open an account, he looked at me up and down and said no ypur business isnt good here because i had work clothes on and i am the owner of a 5 star business with hundreds of reviews. He told me to shut my mouth, dont talk. I immediately called the other main location and opened an account in less than 5 minutes. JESSE needs to be terminated IMMEDIATELY! Yesi in the office has a terrible customer service. I’ve never been treated the way he did talk to this gentleman bc it will definitely cost you business I personally would never go back to this Lansin because of this guy
