Great offering of building supplies such as gutters, siding, windows and more. All the counter sales folks are friendly and knowledgeable.
Been trying to reach out to them for over a year to replace the wrong size glazing beads they gave us for our sliding door. Everytime we call they say they will reach out within two weeks and never do. We got the door installed last October and have been reaching out consistently since. Horrible customer service.
Set aside 1 hour if you plan to pickup an order or return materials. Staff is friendly but service is really slow. I believe they been understaffed all year. Will likely have what you need though
