Very good to work with, even as a do-it-yourselfer. I installed board and Barton on the front and sides of my home. I’ve worked with Melonie, and most recently, Shanny. I had an issue with a special order material order that was delayed or lost. Shanny was very helpful to get it resolved and get the materials delivered. I have gone back since then for gutter downspouts and will go back next year for the back of my house.
Excellent service
Bad service, bad prices. They want you to run a credit check just to become registered as a contractor even for cash accounts. Highly not recommended, choose somewhere else.
Very helpful. Thumbs up.
We ordered new windows and sliding exterior doors for our 1970s house through Lansing. Susan was really good to work with and helped answer our questions. The triple pane has made a noticeable difference already in keeping consistent temperature. We had a good experience with the delivery too (it came in two separate orders). The delivery guys were efficient while being really careful with our order both times and we were also recommended a good installer. Overall, a good experience and I would use them again.
