We ordered new windows and sliding exterior doors for our 1970s house through Lansing. Susan was really good to work with and helped answer our questions. The triple pane has made a noticeable difference already in keeping consistent temperature. We had a good experience with the delivery too (it came in two separate orders). The delivery guys were efficient while being really careful with our order both times and we were also recommended a good installer. Overall, a good experience and I would use them again.
Suuuper slow, apathetic, dragging heels service in the warehouse.
