I was visiting a relative, and found out that in order to get into an apartment there, you can never have a Misdemeanor, or Felony Conviction on your Record, for any reason, no matter how small, or petty. That was a true eye opener...
This place is a joke..
It takes forever for them to fix anything. It used to be a nice place but has really gone downhill. The hours are 9-3:30 but they are gone most days by 2:00. Just speaking from my personal experience.
