The owners of this company are good but the people that they have working for them are not. I am not an electrician or a plumber and ended up following almost everything that they did do either have them do it correctly or fix it after they left. Stay away from these guys!
I bought a house where the chimney had been undersized for the size of the furnace. This problem had caused the furnace not to work properly for several years. A tech (one of the owners) stopped by after work. He showed up, and told me what would have to be done. He had a manual with the min chimney size, max run length, # of elbows, etc. which proved he knew what he was talking about.
