I have rented for multiple years and have NEVER had such a terrible experience since having the misfortune of UnitiiPM property management taking over. Prior to the ownership change, I had rented here for a year w/ Boardwalk management (previous manager Arnold was fantastic). This building was fine before UniitiPM took over. UniitiPM is a wannabe building management company who thinks that they are avenue living. Here are a few reasons: 1. This is the first building in the world which is being managed remotely. Even maintenance is done remotely. Cleaning as well. No building manager on site. Ever. 2. We get email and a letter on our doors that there is a new building manager taking over every other week. Because of the building's pristine conditions no manager stays I guess. 3. Muhammed is very good at properly communicating and answers his texts/emails/phone calls in a timely manner.
I would not recommend renting here only based on the new management (UnitiiPM). I had lived in the building for a total of 3 years, which most of the management was under Boardwalk until recently (Jan 2025). The new management did not keep the tenants updated on important information and the building manager (Kim & Christine) spoke condescendingly when we asked about anything (I.e, water not working in unit, move out details, new payment system).
