I would not recommend renting here only based on the new management (UnitiiPM). I had lived in the building for a total of 3 years, which most of the management was under Boardwalk until recently (Jan 2025). The new management did not keep the tenants updated on important information and the building manager (Kim & Christine) spoke condescendingly when we asked about anything (I.e, water not working in unit, move out details, new payment system). I like living at the Lansdowne Park bldg because location is close to the whitemud and 51ave area. Also we get u of a farmland views plus are just outside of a residential area. Staff is friendly and addresses concerns in a timely manner. Bldg is also well maintained and clean. Having own pkg stall is also a plus. And the best thing is a garbage chute on our floor. No walking outside to get rid of your garbage. Also very quiet in bldg. I would recommend to anyone wanting to be in this area.
Good area to live in. Clean and well maintained building.
