At this point, I just want to forget my stay at this location with UnitiiPM, Management can't even spell 'Manager' or care to check. As someone in management for a living its frightening how weak communication is and it feels like they dislike you when you just want to seek clarity on anything. I have rented for multiple years and have NEVER had such a terrible experience since having the misfortune of UnitiiPM property management taking over. Prior to the ownership change, I had rented here for a year w/ Boardwalk management (previous manager Arnold was fantastic). As other reviewers have mentioned, management changed during the beginning of 2025. The night of ownership change, there was a huge flood on the 3rd floor, and it took 20 MINUTES for someone to show up and turn the water off since management was not res... read more
Muhammed is very good at properly communicating and answers his texts/emails/phone calls in a timely manner.
I would not recommend renting here only based on the new management (UnitiiPM). I had lived in the building for a total of 3 years, which most of the management was under Boardwalk until recently (Jan 2025). The new management did not keep the tenants updated on important information and the building manager (Kim & Christine) spoke condescendingly when we asked about anything (I.e, water not working in unit, move out details, new payment system).
