i love receiving mental health care here, the staff is quick to respond and very open to rescheduling. i have never had a problem with anyone here, and received the best care i've had for my mental health.
Dr. Lyvers is excellent! She really takes the time to listen and understand her patients in depth. She is responsive outside of appointments, even taking the time to follow-up after her normal office hours. It is clear that Dr. Lyvers truly cares about her patients and is very knowledgeable.
Response - biggest BS of a response from this facility. You charging a customer for services NOT PPROVIDED has nothing to do with the type of insurance a patient has...its just fraud. You falsify your billing, hence why you're being investigated by insurance. To make matters worse, you're petty - because i informed insurance and wrote a truthful review about your facility practice, your provider, whom I had paid already for medication management for a 3 month supply of my son's meds, refused to send the refill for his 3 mont... read more

This company is extremely greedy and is out to scam their patients out of money. I missed my first appointment by 30 minutes due to a scheduling issue and they charged me $100 which is unheard of for a doctors office. The second time the power was out in my area and could not log into my appointment for 20 minutes until I found an area where I could get signal.
