I am not happy at all.I got my cataract surgery done by surgeon Dr Alexandra poon solely reason i could get multifocal lenses as heard Dr poon who specialises in multifocal lenses..After long consultation with Dr Poon I went for multifocal lenses as I am 61 years old & got business which involves lot of driving.after surgery I had so many issues with my short sightedness .I had to pay for each visit. Everytime I hear new reason why I can't see short sighted & gets blurred vision .its now 2 years passed & I have to get glasse... read more

The doctor ms and staff are perfectly fine. It’s their appointment system that needs to have a review! The ‘minimum charge’ for waiting time is 2 hours! And e most of time just see the dr for 10 minutes! The area is hard to find a park. So often have to go early. It’s easy to spend at least 2.5 hours for a 10 minutes visit! I understand there are eye checks and then Dr consult. But your customers time is just as precious as yours! No point making people to wait for hours just because more convenient for you guys to control t... read more
