Old owners: checked up on you, happy to provide whatever services they're capable of or point you the right way, gave Christmas presents! New owners: slow to return calls, tell you their refrence program doesn't exist and post about it clearly existing a week later (prolly to keep for themselves) and no presents!
Random water and power outages all the time with zero warning. Some days I get up and the water is just off. When it comes back on, in an hour or in a week, there is often silt in it, or it is yellow. Since I have lived here we have had around 8 water outages a year minimum, and only once did we get any information regarding whether or not the water is safe to drink once it is back on.
