Everything moved very quickly and the process was not stressful - even as a first time patient! The vet herself was knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a vet, highly recommend.
Dr. B Iraei and staff were very professional, personal, knowledgable and gentle with our toy poodle Lambie. Excellent care. Took his time to explain the treatment plan to us. We are very grateful! Highly recommend.
I recently got a kitten and did my research on vet clinics around Ottawa. I personally like this vet clinic so much. Before coming in, I have called them a few times to make n inquiry and the first person from the staff I've had the pleasure to speak with is "Gabriella". Excellent care, very friendly and incredible from all the staff and the doctor, she gave us all the recommendations for our dog.
The medical staff at LAH are attentive and knowledgeable. While communication can occasionally be unclear, I understand this is often due to their high workload, and I appreciate how busy both the vets and assistants are. Even so, they consistently do their best to answer questions thoroughly and provide thoughtful, reassuring advice.
