I went to Lansdale Eye Associates for an eye exam, contact lenses, and new glasses. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything went smoothly. I'll be going back for lenses, etc. in the future.

This has been a horrible experience overall. The doctors are rude and the staff who works there are miserable people (except one who treated me kindly throughout the process). They are expensive and said they would charge me once for every time I needed to see them for the next 3 months... but the charged me a second time when I went back in the 3rd month. I went as a new patient hoping to get an updated prescription bc my old eye dr relocated. It had been 2 years since I had been to the eye dr. They didn't do a full exam with dilation or anything like that, they only checked for my contacts. I tried 4-5 different pairs and still left with one I wasn't comfortable with. 3 months later, I have been back there at least 6 times for more visits/to pick up various brands and levels of contacts and still nothing is working. Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Yes, I was pressured Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Did this optometrist seem knowledgeable about different types of contacts? Definitely, she/he seemed very knowledgeable about all different types of contacts
