If I could give it no stars I would. I second the comments below. They cannot run a practice. Awful staff, disrespectful, no sense of what they are doing. No appointments are on time. My wife went for annual exam and new prescription since she lost her glasses. They gave her wrong prescription and getting it corrected was like pulling your own teeth out. Took 3 unreturned phone calls and a visit for an "appointment" that the doc wasn't even there for to get everything corrected. DO NOT USE THEM!
I went to Lansdale Eye Associates for an eye exam, contact lenses, and new glasses. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything went smoothly. I'll be going back for lenses, etc. in the future.
This has been a horrible experience overall. The doctors are rude and the staff who works there are miserable people (except one who treated me kindly throughout the process). They are expensive and said they would charge me once for every time I needed to see them for the next 3 months... but the charged me a second time when I went back in the 3rd month. I went as a new patient hoping to get an updated prescription bc my old eye dr relocated. It had been 2 years since I had been to the eye dr. They didn't do a full exam with dilation or anything like that, they only checked for my contacts. I tried 4-5 different pairs and still left with one I wasn't comfortable with. 3 months later, I have been back there at least 6 times for more visits/to pick up various brands and levels of contacts and still nothing is working. Very Courteous, Professional and Helpful! – I literally left the office saying the words "you guys are the best! everyone here is so nice!" and another woman who I chatted with in the waiting room agreed. All of the employees and the Doctor were so friendly and it seemed like they really had a good time and enjoyed what they did, all while helping me find my new FAVORITE pair of glasses ever! Thanks Lansdale Eye, it is so nice to not dread going to at least one doctors appointment!
