I had two positive experiences previously with Lansard so I used them a third time. I had a leaky dorm style roof. When I initially hired Lansard there was simply a wet area in the ceiling. Over the course of the next two years Lansard did make several attempts to fix it. New vents were installed. A new plumbing stack installed. New shingles in the area with a new weather stripping. Lansard Bros. provided the best quality and service, both in installation and clean up that I have ever had. Tyler Martin went above and beyond by informing me and assisting me in every step of the project. As a handicapped person, Tyler took photos of my old roof, eaves troughs and facia after the May 16th, 2024 hail storm, even though my shingle replacement was scheduled for 2 days later.
