This morning I had a nail appointment with R&R Nails over in North wales. I had a manicure and a pedicure done. I was highly impressed with my toenails but very disappointed in my fingers nails. When it was time to do my design it took my nail tech 45 minutes to draw a Hawaiian flower. Once I realized she wasn’t able to draw a Hawaiian flower I asked her if it was possible she could do a palm tree instead and she told me no. After 7 years being a loyal customer. He treated me horrible.. he assumed that I liked him. When he finally realized that wasn't the case he is treating me horrible I will never go there again today is my last day.

I had my nails done on a Friday and already a gel peeled off on Saturday. By Monday 3 more. I paid extra for a leg massage and all she did was rub my legs. There was no massage at all.

This is my second time , visited here but nothing improved. First time was so bad but so i try to give another chance and still worst ever. The guy was so rude and rushing service . Never go back again

Worst pedicure I have ever received. Finished under ten minutes, polish on my skin, some nails were not covered in polish, did not exfoliate my heal, the list goes on of what they did wrong. I even asked the lady to go back over and it didn’t make a difference
