They had the audacity to charge me over 150 dollars after I brought my dog here for an emergency and she died not even 5 minutes after I brought her in and I didn't even get her cremated. They said I couldn't have it billed to me when I said I didn't have enough money and couldn't leave unless it was paid. The doctor didn't seem to be sorry at all that she died and only a few of the staff seemed like they actually cared about anything other than taking my money after I lost my dog.
If you love your fur babies, please don't bring them here. First time here and I bring my sick dog, who passed away shortly after me being there, thanks to their lack of help. Not only that, but charged me an arm and a leg for them to tell me she wasn't going to make it and gave me a fake sympathetic look with their hand out for money while I was still a sobbing mess. Shame on them for being so cruel and heartless. I will never go back here.
A special thanks to Dr. Wyman and his team. This weekend was especially trying for our little fur family. We lost our precious Murphy cat on Saturday morning. It was comforting to know that he was in such good hands and we had a vet team that we could trust. Thank you again for taking such good care of him, and us.
Everyone there is terrific and they take great care of our pets.

We visited yesterday and had the best experience! Dr Knox and the entire staff were amazing. Their gentle and knowledgeable demeanor calmed us all and our Boy Red is feeling better!!!
