They refused to treat my dogs aural hematoma after we made an appointment and waited three days. It was a procedure they have done before and the tech sully was so rude. I never even spoke to the vet in the time I have been going there. Shameful to turn away an animal who is suffering.

My dog has been a established patient and I’m always being charged over 100.00 every time I take her in, well I know she was starting to develop a ear infection due to me taking her one time before and with covid going on and hours being cut at my job I figured being since she comes here all the time they could just call in some ear drops like before when I brought her and spent over 100.00 dollars for them to tell me it was a infected ear. The vet techs were all very amazing with my dogs. So nice and gentle with Max who’s scared of everything. Highly recommend them.
Have been taking my dogs and cats to Lannons since we moved here 12 years ago. Yes they have emergencies and can get backed up at times. I’m so glad they would be willing to care for my pet in an emergency so I try to be understanding when that happens. They are ALWAYS thorough with my pets, staff is ALWAYS friendly. When it’s your turn to be seen, they give you their undivided attention even when phone may be ringing and people are trying to rudely interrupt. Great vet!
I never leave reviews but my visit here was very disappointing. First visit with our kitten was okay. Kinda dirty, felt very rushed but ladies were nice. Second visit had booked weeks out in advance, we waited close to an hour and asked 25 minutes in when we’d be seen and we were just told “soon”. When we decided to walk out I wanted to give the front counter a heads up but she was too busy with a customer having a conversation with another person while I stood directly in front of her. extremely rude. Will not come back
