Five stars all the way around. We have been here 6 going on 7 years. When we first moved here management was very lax and seemed to let things get wild at times. Within the this last year we have a new community manager would follows the rules and has cracked down. Monthly inspections like they should have been done. Actually repairing things and staying on top of it. While sure the building could use a refresh in many ways, that is a level way above here locally. It is a nice quiet place to. The town is very nice and the people are to. I only been here for a couple days but things are going good here for me
Had to give one star there is no zero option. I have lived here three years now. And it gets worse every year. New Management puts daily notifications in the door's. There has been brown stains in the toilet bowel since the day we moved in. Have tried every cleaner I can find and actually scrubbed with a scrub brush. Nothing removes them. But last month of course a notification Left in the door cited Me for a lease Violation. Which I'm informed I can be evicted for. Was great but we have a new manager and she constantly does inspections so say bye to your privacy. She cites you if you don't clean well and can evict you for it. Rent is too high now and there is absolutely NO PARKING. The building used to be clean and looked upscale under the amazing former manager and now is disgusting.
