The entire staff at Dr. Weak's office are all so welcoming and make you feel completely comfortable. I always leave feeling well taken care of, thank you!!
I am including my granddaughter review first. She has accompanied me to both of my visits and I would like to say that I agree wholeheartedly with her. My second experience with the young black woman on the front desk was worse than the first. Dr Weak and his hygienist staff are all wonderful and I do not want this to reflect on them. Dr. Weak is great. His service comes highly recommended. Many of my family members come to his office. Can’t say enough great things about him. BUT…the front desk staff…wow. Never so much have I heard workers in this type of professional setting griping about the patients, complaining about their jobs, discussing their full body rashes (?!) openly and loudly. Ladies, that glass is not soundproof. At least have the decency enough to keep the door closed, or save those conversations for break time. You are the on the frontline... read more
I’ve been going to Dr Weak for over 20 years. He is always encouraging and trying to discover the best options with the least amount of trauma and being cost efficient too. He has a heart for his patients and is one of the kindest dentists I have ever known. And if a shot is needed to numb an area he works tirelessly to make it as easy for the patient as possible. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist. He is outstanding.
Dr very rushed and rude and so is his staff. Not understanding about current medical conditions and do not listen to patients when they say they can't take or a medicine wont work. Will be reporting to the state.
