I ordered a signet ring from Lannah Dunn for my daughter’s 16th birthday, a meaningful heirloom I hoped she could pass down through future generations. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I was given a price for the ring itself and asked to purchase of the website which I did, but despite weeks of emails and calls, I was never provided with the price of the diamond that was supposed to be added.
