Very unprofessional when called to speak to them about my husband‘s care they told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. My husband called numerous times about the pain that he was in and they told him to go to the ER in which they cut the cast off when he went into his appointment the next day they declined him care do not recommend them at all

After a severe dog attack, I’m lucky to still have my finger thanks to Dr. Z and the team of physical therapists at Lankford Hand Surgery. Truly I am grateful for the team at the Walnut Hill location. They are the sole reason for this 5 star review. That being said… Their billing department and potentially even office manager leaves so much to be desired and needs a huge overhaul. I had a tendon repair performed by Dr. Z, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. He did an outstanding job, thoroughly explained everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident throughout the entire process. My hand healed without any complications and has regained nearly full range of motion. He is truly a skilled and compassionate surgeon.
