At one time was a good hospital. Now, the operators on the phones are useless and rude.. Ask them to please just rong a department to see if anyone picks u and they hang up on you! The basic information on the web for OPERATING HOURS IS WRONG AND NEVER UPDATED CORRECTLY. The computer digital operators are HORRIBLE, a COMPLETE JOKE. They can’t understand the human voices and give all the wrong departments w/ long extension numbers. Lankenau Hospital is too big and too inefficient.
My therapist Madison was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike was also very helpful and friendly. I look forward to meeting with my new therapist as Madison is leaving.
