They were so patient with all my OCD tendencies and pickiness, and made the process of designing and having my engagement ring custom made by a goldsmith feel easy and stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to make sure the final product was absolutely perfect—I couldn’t be happier!
I have been coming to Lanka with my parents since I was a little girl. So when my fiancé asked what kind of engagement ring I would like I said I wasn’t particular on the ring, only that he please get it from Lanka! The customer service is next level! *****ATTENTION ALL********* ... Dropped in and wanted an APPRAISAL on mans wedding band, was told $210, I refused. I then took same ring to loan store and was REWARDED WITH $$$$ 350.00. A DIFFERENCE OF $140 DIFFERENCE.... HOW CAN THAT BE ??? ...... One MUST do their due diligence and check the validity of whom one is doing business with.......
We have not had great Service from start to finish. The only time my fiance had good service was when he complained to the manager and she was directly involved. I have now gone in twice since receiving my ring and both times been disappointed with the service. The ring was made in the wrong gold originally and then once it was remade it was made 1.5 sizes too large. This caused him not being able to propose when he planned and lots of stress for him.
