Very unclean and outdated system
I placed an appointment for a doctor though e-Channeling and the day was rescheduled by the doctor, through the phone they told me that the appointment number didn’t change however I’m my original appointment I was the 1st patient, but after going to the hospital on the rescheduled day i was 17th patient. So disappointed, on the fact that they can’t do anything about it
📍Customer Service is really poor here, we pay a huge amount here to get your Services but the customer service is really bad!!
Very bad attitude by the front office staff Lobby area, Doesn't know how to respect to the patient and visitor. Using low quality languages to the visitors. Worst staff management. Better to visit Asiri, Durduns, Nawaloka, etc.... I won't recommend anyone for medical treatment or any other reasons because of the bad attitude of the staff of Lanka hospitals. Useless and worst
Worst experience ever I had in such like this hospital.There is no any proper order on their works.It's actually just like a mixture.
