My GF bought this Necklaace and I’ll have to come back for more
At the initial visit we went into pick out a ring for my wife. The salesperson was very helpful and led us to believe the ring could be resized. When we went to pick up the ring the owner explained her husband, the jeweler, had to chip out the stone, which also apparently was not turquoise another thing we were led to believe as fact, and did a poor job inlaying the stone. Then claimed she had no idea where the ring had actually come from in the first place.
Pass by this shop in Durango, Colorado, do not stop in. They cater to the “tourist trade” only. No warranty for shoddy product or cash refunds for anything. Over the course of 2-1/2 years have visited them two times and additionally purchased Christmas gifts via telephone for my wife and daughter for two years. This is the last purchase I will make.
