Pass by this shop in Durango, Colorado, do not stop in. They cater to the “tourist trade” only. No warranty for shoddy product or cash refunds for anything. Over the course of 2-1/2 years have visited them two times and additionally purchased Christmas gifts via telephone for my wife and daughter for two years. This is the last purchase I will make. I had a great experience at Lanka Blue Jewelry. I was searching for a unique anniversary ring. Our salesperson was great,she took the time to answer our questions and educate us about their wide selection of rings. We were also lucky to meet the owner Betsy; she helped me pick a unique and beautiful 14k Gold with 6.86ct Bi-Color Tourmaline. The premises are classy, and the staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly. It’s impossible to walk out empty-handed!
