She is arrogant and belittling. Especially in the times we're in now. She was quick to boast she "makes ALOT of money, like TONS' while we were meeting with her for the first time. Big turn off. When I said we felt she was unprofessional here was here response: "Hearing the truth can be difficult and I know people like to lash out and try to cancel others and try to tear them down in the world we live in today." Fantastic! LaNita is one of the best people to work with. She gives you the reality of what moving is going to be and treated us with such respect the entire time. She also ensured we were being realistic with our expectations of selling AND purchasing. If she tells you she can have you moved in 2 months, she will! This girl knows her stuff! Would recommend to EVERYONE!
I’m posting this on the fact that I received a flyer in the mail and wanted to see the reviews before I reached out to sell my home and move out of state. I’m giving a 5 star review to offset the overall average of the reviews online of a few of the reviews I’ve read that have no ACTUAL PERSONAL experience with this realtor yet decide to post a 1 star review over things you’ve heard others say. LaNita not only sold our previous house at top dollar, she helped us buy our next property, of which we were able to turn into our business. She is an outstanding agent who excells in being the best in the biz!! It truly shows!! We have referred her to friends who have sold their homes through her, and she is currently working with some of our family in the sale and purchase process!! We have used LaNita now several times and think she is, hands-down, the best Realtor out there. She is passionate about her work and her clients. We ran in to a lot of issues with the sellers of the home we purchased and LaNita was calm and gave us amazing advice and we ended up taking it and so glad we did! We ended up in a better house that we love so much. LaNita knows her stuff!! I HIGHLY recommend her!
