I will not be going back to this office. My daughter went in for fillings and now needs a root canal. They didn’t explain any of this to me. The lady I spoke with said we told your child?! How in the world does that make any sense? We had to go back two times for them to shave it down because her bite was still off. They had the opportunity both times we came back to explain everything to me, THE PARENT, and never did. I ended up having to go for a second opinion to actually get some answers.
From the moment I walked in the door, I loved this place. Then I met Dr Lentz and he just made me feel so comfortable. I’m looking forward to a long relationship with this team. They are all so friendly and professional and they all really care about the patients.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The office is always clean and comfortable. The best in the area for sure.
