Lanier Valley Dentistry really said: “Let’s charge Beverly Hills prices with Dollar General service.” I walked in for a routine cleaning and left with a treatment plan that looked like a NASA launch sequence — 14 steps, $6,000, and no clear idea what planet we’re on. Extremely disappointed with both the service and customer care at Lanier Valley Dentistry in Dacula. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful, and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a patient. There was a serious lack of communication, and no one seemed interested in answering questions or making sure I was comfortable. It felt rushed, impersonal, and unprofessional from start to finish. SCAMMERS AND UNETHICAL PEOPLE!!!! I went to Lanier Valley after I read the reviews . I dont have insurance for the time being so I asked multiple times how much it will cost for my treatment . Receptionist a very nice lady I think her name was Jill told me that someone will walk me through the cost . After Dr Ramsey took a look at my teeth she recommended deep cleaning , this is when Laura showed up with the prices . It showed 2 numbers one for $520 I believe for upper part but if you do the whole thing its like $695 . I eve... read more

I literally had the best experience from my first phone call to first visit. Jill got me in ASAP, which I appreciated more than they will ever know with the amount of pain I was in (impacted wisdom teeth). All of the front desk staff, dental hygienists and Dr. Lentz made me feel so welcome and eased my dental anxiety & fears. Ive never felt so comfortable at a dental office as I did at this one.
