I unfortunately live next door to one of their jobs. I looked out to discover them in my yard with tarps and ladders. No one knocked or asked permission. This is criminal trespassing. I called the city and they told me to call the cops. I tried to work it out on my own to no avail. Despite several requests, they would not stop and would not clean up their mess. I finally did call the police. They still left nails everywhere. I spent hours cleaning it all up and yes, I stepped on them also. Avoid these unprofessional people.
Unfortunately I used this company based on a referral. I was initially contacted by one employee from whom I recieved half a contract and materials. Then to my surprise a different employee called me fishing around for details. What I found out was, the original guy was fired and the records were in such dissary the company didn't know I had all materials in my driveway and a scheduled date for the completion of my work.
