Great parking deck conveniently located 1 block from Quiznos. There is a valet and the service was wonderful. The rates were very reasonable. You go up the elevator into the beautiful lobby of the 55 Marietta office building. They will unlock the doors for you to get back in. We had our car back in less than 5 minutes. Up to an hour was $5. They even had $2 option.
It's a parking garage...
Communication from parking rep is TERRIBLE - two weeks have gone by with zero response after multiple emails and voicemail messages. Only after I was able to find an online portal that allowed for self service could I get my issue handled. Decided to pull my parking card from this facility and will be looking elsewhere. I would not recommend this lot unless you genuinely have zero other viable options.
