They booted our car even though we had proof of payment and confirmation in the lot. When we called to remove the boot, the attendant on the phone was very rude and impatient with us. When CJ came to remove the boot, he was hostile and border line violent from the start. He yelled at my teenage brother and physically pushed me when I tried to explain our situation and showed him our parking confirmation that we had paid.
